Organic Garam Masala is a wonderfully fragrant combination of spices which makes a delicious Indian curry. The word ‘Garam’ means ‘warm’ in Hindi and ‘Masala’ means ‘mixed spice’.  Although ‘Garam’ means ‘warm’, this does not indicate that garam masala is spicy, more that it has warming properties in its unique spice mixture.

The spices used in garam masala vary depending on the region of India the mix hails from – our organic Garam Masala is a delicious blend of organic coriander, organic cinnamon, organic ginger and organic cloves.  This mixture offers a great range of minerals and nutrients due to its combination of herbal ingredients.
