Lamington Raspberry Dip 500g

Lamingtons, easy to make but even easier to devour – are a perfect tea-time or basically anytime treat! Once made, simply coat them with CAB Foods, even easier to use Lamington Dip.

What to add:

• 500ml Water

Instructions:

• Bring 500ml water to boil.
• Add Lamington dip powder to boiling water and stir.
• Allow mixture to cool slightly.
• Dip squares of sponge cake into mixture.
• Roll dipped squares in desiccated coconut.
