INSPIRE MOORE “JOY” DRY RIESLING

A meld of intense ripe green-fruit aromas, such as melon, lime, green apple and

sherbert. Secondary aromas of honey and white pepper.

This Riesling is a blend of 4 separate lots from our cellar, done so with the aim of

creating a more multi-dimensional wine. About %60 were fermented with

commercial yeast, and the other %40 were native fermentations, with a small

portion done in neutral barrels. Depth and identity is prevalent, yet this Riesling

remains refreshing and zingy.
