What to add: (500g)
- Premix 500 g
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml water
What to add:(1kg)
- Premix 1 kg
- 8 eggs
- 400 ml
Instructions:
- Add (4 eggs for 500g) (8 eggs for 1kg premix) and 200ml water into a mixing bowl
- Add 500 g or 1kg premix
- Mix and blend slowly with a electrical mixer
- Whisk fast for 10 minutes
- Fill prepared tins 3/4 with batter
- Bake at 180°c for 10 – 15 minutes
500g makes 2 x 20cm cakes & 24 cupcakes
1kg makes 4 x 20cm cakes and 48 cupcakes
