The files below contain a series of Community of Practice (CoP) development forms that each of the partners have produced.
These forms help record the tacit knowledge contained by each partnership and project with an aim to:
develop a shared domain of interest,
in pursuing the interest in their domain, members engage in joint activities and discussions, help each other, and share information in order to build a community and to
further develop community practitioners who advance a shared repertoire of resources: experiences, stories, tools and ways of addressing recurring problems.
In each CoP form partnerships have outlined:
Achievements to date
Problems / Challenges of developing CATS
Working across the FE / HE interface
Working with other agencies
‘Eureka’ moments / Key learning outcomes for the project
